These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SevyDevy platform (“SevyDevy”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), available at https://www.sevydevy.com. By accessing, registering, or using any services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Scope and Eligibility
   • The Platform is a globally accessible AI-powered learning and assessment tool primarily designed for professionals and students in tech.
   • Users must be at least 13 years old. Those under 18 must use the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
2. Service Provision and Modifications
   • SevyDevy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice or liability.
   • Features, pricing, access tiers, and service offerings may change at our sole discretion.
   • We are not liable for any losses due to changes, downtimes, or feature deprecations.
3. Account Usage and Verification
   • Users must create an account and may be required to verify identity.
   • SevyDevy may suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms or misusing the platform.
4. Payment, Plans, and Refunds
   • Subscription plans are offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
   • Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our forthcoming Refund Policy.
   • SevyDevy reserves the right to revise pricing, remove free tiers, or introduce additional paid features.
5. AI Usage and No Guarantee Clause
   • The Platform uses AI for education, evaluation, and content generation.
   • We make no guarantees regarding the correctness, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated results.
   • Users must independently verify any output before relying on it.
   • We are not liable for decisions, damages, or losses resulting from use of AI-generated advice, reviews, or evaluations.
6. User Content and License Grant
   • You retain ownership of any content you submit or generate.
   • By using the Platform, you grant SevyDevy a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, global license to use, store, analyze, reproduce, distribute, or improve our services using your content.
   • You waive any future claim or royalty demand against SevyDevy for derivative products or tools built using your uploaded content or interactions.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
   • All intellectual property on the Platform (excluding User Content) is owned by SevyDevy.
   • Users shall not copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer, or replicate Platform functionality without written consent.
8. Data Collection and Use
   • SevyDevy collects personal and usage data for improving the Platform. This includes resumes, feedback, analytics, and interactions.
   • By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
   • The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty.
   • We disclaim all liability for errors or omissions in content or data, downtime, bugs, or latency, loss of earnings, business, reputation, or opportunities, and any reliance on AI-generated feedback or educational guidance.
   • Total cumulative liability of SevyDevy for any claims shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 6 months preceding the incident.
10. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SevyDevy, its owner(s), affiliates, advisors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights (IP, privacy, etc.), or any action taken based on AI-generated advice.
11. Termination
    • We reserve the right to terminate any account, restrict access, or remove content at any time without prior notice for reasons including (but not limited to): misuse, abuse, illegal activity, spam, security breaches, or resource overuse.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
    • We reserve the right to opt for arbitration or mediation in case of cross-border or international disputes.
13. Force Majeure
    • SevyDevy shall not be held liable for any failure or delay resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, cyberattacks, legal restrictions, or third-party service disruptions.
14. Entire Agreement and Severability
    • These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and SevyDevy.
    • If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the remainder of the Terms.
